    The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill on page nine, section nine, lines forty-four and forty-five, by striking out the words “defined in section two, article one, chapter eight of the Code of West Virginia, and”;

    And,

    On page nine, section nine, line forty-nine, after the word “selling” by striking out the comma and inserting in lieu thereof the word “and”.
